I created a page called Medical Equipement, linked to it from the simple menu.  On this page I created an unordered list, one of the list items is a name called AV300.  From this list item I want to link to a created page called AV300.  I cannot figure out how to do this, thanks for your help.

anywhere in the page you can link to /page-name-here, so in your case /av300

select the text, click insert/edit link icon and type the url
